Profile removed.

It appears that Ms. Slattery is no longer with Pippin Properties.

  1. Good spotlight though I'll have to wait until after Monday to find out more about her likes and dislikes.

Can you ask her a question at WriteOn for me: Is she interested in middle grade fantasy & does she like high fantasy? I think I'll either be taking my daughter to swim practice or going out to dinner that night if she doesn't have swim though if I can pop in before we go I will and will ask the question myself. Thanks.

  6. She doesn't look old enough to have been an editor for 20 years! Maybe she'll share some anti-aging secrets at Writeoncon. :D

  7. I've read many of the authors she's worked with! I even reviewed Laura McNeal's DARK WATER (not sure if she had a hand in that). She seems like she'd be a really knowledgeable, experienced agent! Great spotlight, Casey!

  8. This is timely because I was planning to approach Pippin this week. Thank you!

BTW, Casey, I mentioned you in my recent blog post about my query.

  9. This is strange... Joan Slattery had been added to the "About Us" page on the Pippin Properties site, but her info has now been taken down. Is there anything to know about that? Could she have left Pippin so soon?
