LIAM HEMSWORTH: THE HUNGER GAMES' STRONG SURVIVOR Winner!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay in posting a winner for Jody Jensen Shaffer's biography, Liam Hemsworth: The Hunger Games' Strong Survivor.  Using random.org, the winner is...

Natasha D!

Congrats Natasha! I've sent you an e-mail. Respond with a mailing address so we can get this out to you soon, and please, enjoy LIAM!

I just got back to Ca from visiting family in Louisiana. It was my kids' first time and we had a blast introducing them to southern culture and the madness that is New Orleans. I've only just started looking through our pictures but here's a taste of our vacation.

Helping prepare for a crawfish boil.

Just half the 80lbs of crawfish my grandparents boiled for Easter.

Clam shells so abundant they're used like gravel.

Overlooking Jackson Square, New Orleans.

French Quarter from the Steamboat Natchez.

Did you do anything fun for Spring Break?

  6. Holy crawfish!!! I've always wanted to taste something like that. When Mathew McConaughy eats it in those southern movies, I drool! :)

  7. I bet your kids really enjoyed the trip. Whenever I think of New Orleans, I think of Anne Rice's books. She gave the city such atmosphere. But your pics have an atmosphere all their own - love the 80 lbs of crawfish! :-)

  11. I had fun, yeah, but nothing as fun as crawfish feasts and steamboat rides!

  12. I've never been to New Orleans, but I want to. Your pictures remind me to poke that destination up the list of Places to Visit -- although I don't think it's going to make the itinerary this year.

I went skiing in Vermont over my break.

  17. No spring break for us this year, I'm afraid, so I'll live vicariously through vacation pictures like yours. You made my mouth water with that crawfish feast!

  18. Holy moly that's a lot of crawfish! I don't eat seafood but I know those are quite popular down south. I love New Orleans and have had the chance to go twice on vacation.

We did nothing for Spring break because I had to work. :(

I'm glad you had a nice time! :)

  19. That looks like tons of fun!!! We enjoyed the last little bit of snow here on snowmobiles, and I build an igloo with my kids. It was something crazy that I have had on a bucket list for years, and so I enjoyed playing around with the kids. Glad you had a great spring break!

  23. I've just been at home, thinking of how nice it'd be to go to a fun place like New Orleans. Thanks for sharing your pictures. I'd love to visit there someday.

I think it'd take me a year to finish all that crawfish! I bet it was really good.
