Posting Writing Online - Safe?

In case you missed it.

Moonrat has an answer to the rather popular, elusive question: What's safe to syndicate online?

  1. I don't think it's a good idea to post your work for many reasons. If an author chooses to do so, I think only the first chapter should be uploaded. Great topic.

  2. Thanks for linking to this, Casey. While I have seen pretty aggressive, "It better not have been on the internet," comments from some editors, this was a good dose of common sense.

  3. I thought it was timely! I've seen the question in quite a few places recently.

  4. Even with this common sense, I'm still paranoid and have been working on trying to figure out the best way to do some posting for select groups of readers to get me feedback on.

Plus thinking about going back and deleting a few Flashy posts that I'm thinking about turning into submissions.

Maybe my paranoia is the one thing that's "me" in my writing. LOL!
